• Design products are digital content products, so we do not accept the request of exchange / return / refund. Please check the digital design carefully before deciding to buy.
• We will refund in case the digital design does not match the model.
• Refund amount will be the amount the customer paid minus the bank transfer fee.
• Depending on the situation 123svgfile has the right (no obligation) to allow the customer to change the design of another number if it deems it reasonable.
